Windows 10: Cannot upgradetoll to w11

I posted before and followed the answer but none of it works. So what happened is that I'm using my computer and suddenly computer starts updating saying downloading w11 after hours it says cannot update.I really appreciate any help specially on chinesse. I want w11 with language not other language.

I am on another laptop. I can't get access to the W11 one at present. Does this involve a registry hack? Can you list/detail what I need to do please? Is that possible? to reset the folders and location to default?

W11 security upgrade

Actually, W11 is compatible with certain i3 and i5 processors. The developers wrote programming for some i5 chips but not others, There is no logic to the OS design as concerns chips. My computer fits every single parameter for W11.

I could tweak the registry but shouldn't need to. Just wondered if MS had made any changes to the OS code. Sadly, no...

Snip & Sketch does not work in W11?

I upgraded my W10 to W11 on Sunday. Sunday morning (W10) I used Windows+Shift+S and it worked fine. After upgrading to W11 I tried to use this again, but nothing happened. No error, no grey screen, just nothing . In the App store, I read that many users have this problem after upgrading. I have been talking to MS Support and they checked and tried, but with no result. I'm very pleased with the help and the patience from them, they really took time to help.

-this is what they did:

-took over my screen

-check my settings: all OK

-made changes to Register

But unfortunately with no result. As writing coursebooks for Word & Excel for collegues and students, I use(d?) this option often. Does W11 throw me back in time by using (ALT-)PrintScreen and cropping the figure? I would like to think that every new version would be a step forward in stead of a step backwards.

I hope that someone knows a solution.
