Windows 10: Cannot use my license for Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

Cannot use any of my two licenses for Windows 10 Pro for Workstations one of them came with my Dell Precision laptop with a 6-core Xeon and the other I bought in Microsoft Store in December 2018. Last November I managed to contact technical support and after 2 hours of working on my computer, they gave up and left me with 10 Pro, and now it's even impossible to contact Microsoft's technical support - the online chat is not available and I have tried sending emails and calling them for months.. I can buy another license but somehow I feel it would fail again.

how to install and download the new windows 10 pro workstation

I've done a couple of clean installs, both with the MCT ISO and my Visual Studio Subscription ISO, Windows 10 Pro Workstation was not listed as an option. Pro and Pro N were listed but no Workstation. On one of my Pro installs I did a change product key, entered one of my MSDN Pro Workstation Keys and it switched to Pro Workstation and activated with a Digital License. I have no idea how you clean install it though?

Very optimistic. But exact that way don't work. No upgrade to W10P for Workstations. Damn M$!!!!!

You don't need either a key or media. It is not different from Pro media. The license simply turns on already installed features. Open the Store and search on "Windows 10" (those exact words) and Windows 10 Pro for Workstations will appear. Choose
it. Since your device is already licensed your copy of W10 Pro will upgrade to Workstations. No downloads are needed and no payment is required since you already paid for the edition.
