Windows 10: Cannot use my Office for 365 Business Email as a login for a user account

I have a new Windows 11 pro PC. I had to set up with a local email address...and I read how I could connect my business/work account to this user account, which I did. I have an Office for 365 Business account.But what I would like to do is either set up my business email as a new user account...OR set a user login that is not an email address, but I cannot do that. When I go to user profiles and try to add a user, I enter my business email address with Office 365 it said the email address does not exist.How can I rectify this so I can set up a new user profile as administrator using my b

Recommended User Setup on a new Windows 10 Pro PC for Office 365 Business user with no other email address.

What is the recommended way to set up a user on a new Windows 10 Pro PC when that user has only one email address and that address is an Office 365 Business Premium address?

1. Set up a Microsoft Account with an email address that the user will only use for login purposes and then add a Work Account with the Office 365 email.

2. Set up a Local Account on the PC for the user to login and then add a Work Account with the Office 365 email.

3. Set up a Microsoft Account with the Office 365 email address and then add a Work Account with the same Office 365 email.

What are the Pros and Cons of the above options and is there any way to set the PC up with the Work Account as the only account on the PC?

 

Office 365 Outlook email accounts

The reason I am asking these questions are that two individuals are buying two new laptops and would like to share one Microsoft Office 365 Personal.
A has a subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal already and wants to share the same account with B.
I have installed Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc B and when launching Outlook all my email accounts from A were loaded. So, I cannot figure out how to install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded.
This raises more questions for me.

1. So this
   • User A installs and activates O365 on User B's laptop
   • User B adds his / her email accounts to Outlook
   would not apply to Microsoft Office 365 Personal as it breaches the licence agreement?
2. Am I correct?
3. If it does apply how can I install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded, and I can only add B email account on the second pc?
4. Would B be able to access A OneDrive?
5. Or would B have a separate 1TB free space in One drive, or only the free 5GB or none at all?
6. And most importantly is this even legal or in breach of contract as Microsoft Office 365 Personal is for one user only?

 

GoDaddy Office 365 Account Expired

I originally setup a GoDaddy account and purchased the Office 365 Business Suite offered with the original GoDaddy account setup. Said business never moved forward but I'd used the original Office 365 Business email account to setup my newly purchased computer at the time. My GoDaddy account and Office 365 Business account has now expired (I'd initially paid for a 2 year subscription) and I can no longer login into my computer (Windows 11) as the email associated with the GoDaddy Office 365 Business account no longer exists.

I have tried logging in as "Other User" with another Office 365 Business account I have in hopes of at least accessing the system and then trying to change the initial email account setup, however, I recieve an error that notes this other Office 365 Business account was not associated with the original setup and therefore cannot be used to login.

The GoDaddy Office 365 account has been expired for a few weeks now so there is no restoring that old email in hopes to gain quick access.

I'm thinking I may have to do a factory reset of the computer?
