    Hi Microsoft,I was a very happy Windows 7 user until I tried to upgrade my OS to Win 10 today.I'll try to explain the Chronology as far as I can remember:1. Installed Win 10 via flash disk I choose to keep files and applications,-Installation completed-2. It only showed a big Win 10 logo with dark background after the restart, but didn't enter the desktop. The computer tried to verify my SSD on its own.3. After another restart, it went back to my Win 7 I can see my desktop view. All good.4. I restarted my computer once more, hoping to open my BIOS.5. Then there was this optionI cannot move

    access BIOS settings in Win 10

    I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
    series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

    is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

    I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

    • Create media(DVD, USB stick, ISO)
    is hardware OK (Win 7) for an upgrade to windows 10 for this PC???
