    Hi,I have been trying to get into an old email address for quite some time, with ZERO help from microsoft, or any way of contacting some sort of customer service dept.When i go to log into the email address, I enter the correct password which then takes me to a page where i need to verify it my account why? i have literally just logged in!. There are only 2 ways of doing this. Inputting a code sent to a mobile number which has been out of service for over 5 years, or through online account recovery.Now this email account i setup a long time ago specifically to use for certain account registr
