Windows 10: Cannot View / Change Homegroup Password

I have three computers I would like to add to a homegroup. One is a MAC (optional) and two are windows 10 laptops. At some point in the distant and long forgotten past, I must have created a homegroup. On the two available computers running windows 10, I have the ability to "join homegroup" but not create one. No idea what the passwords are.

Regardless of what lap top I'm on, when right-clicking on "Homegroup" in File Explorer, I don't have the option of "View The Homegroup Password". It is greyed out. Ideally, I would like to start fresh. Is this at all possible.

Forgive my lack of detail. I'm a bit of a nube. And guidance you can provide would be welcome.

There is a homegroup on the network, but none of the computers/laptops on the network are connected to it so there is no way for me to change or view the password for the homegroup. I also cannot seem to make a new homegroup. I have recently purchased a
new laptop that I want to be on the homegroup with something else but I can't do that because there is already one made. How do I delete the current homegroup, view the password or at least make a new one? Many thanks.

 

Windows 10 Homegroup Administrator Password

In the past I was able to view the password for setting up laptops to join the homegroup since I am the only user and Administrator. However, it appears that I cannot link to the Administrator password to join the homegroup. Any recommendations?
