Windows 10: Cannot view / save .mov videos in my Win 11 player

Hi, I have a large # of videos recorded in .mov file name / format. I need to be able to view / save with my new WIN 11 machine media player. Help please. Thanks!

I have several video that saved as .mov files. I downloaded codec like suggested and windows media player still wont play the videos.. How do I get windows media player to play these videos or any other way to play them.
