Windows 10: Cannot Zip Folder In Windows 10

Hello,I cannot zip a folder with subfolders in it in Windows 10.My problem is NOT the commonly mentioned problem of the Zip option being absent from the menu.I have already compressed the files within the folders, but I cannot zip the folder.I have already given permissions to Everyone. When I attempt to Zip the file using the right-click menu and 'Send To' - Compressed Zip Folder' nothing happens.I have also tried clicking on the Zip icon in the menu bar under 'Share' in the folder view window - nothing happens. There is no error message.Why is my folder not zipping?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Folders with zip files

I have like 30 or more folders and everyone of them has only one single zip file.
How can I extract all zip files inside of all folders?
