Windows 10: Canon Image Class MF4350d, Won't do 2 sided printing, and zooms to 200%

About a week ago, My printer has started acting strange. I set it to enlarge to 200%, then put it back to 100%, but it keeps defaulting back to 200%. Today I set it to print 2-sided, it won't. The printer properties are set to 2-sided. On the printer itself, it is set to 2-sided, but it does 1-sided only. I used the trouble shooter and it says to set it to fax. Of course I dont want to fax., it made no difference and I set it back. The trouble shooter now says it cannot find the issue. I went to Canon website and downloaded the drivers, but that was from 2016 and made no difference. I love my Canon printer, but now that they no longer support it, I'm stuck. It is connected to my Dell Inspirion 15 and I have windows 10 for the last 2-4 years. I am weak on computer literacy. All help is most appreciated. Canon Image Class D420 - Not Scanning to Windows 10

I've finally worked out the issues with the printer.

I have:

Canon Image Class D420 - prints - no scan

Canon Pixma MP495 - prints - no scan

I've tried downloading drivers and scan files all to no avail (thus far). Can anyone please provide a layperson (KISS - Keep It Simple Somehow) fix?

 

Canon Zoom Browser & Image Browser

I would like to use Canon Zoom Browser or Image Browser to edit my photos, but the Windows 10 OS renders Zoom Browser and Image Browser incompatible programs. How do I use Zoom Browser or Image Browser with Windows 10?
