    Canon scanning software won't reload. It appears in my program list with no MG.

    Hi and thank you,

    I do have the My Image Garden set for scan to open with My Image Garden. This is what Canon said to do, but the scans do not go there--they go to Paint.

    I tried the start/settings/system hint above. No Canon files show up in the "choose by file type" list, which is extensive and includes all the Microsoft files, games I have loaded, even my tax software shows up, but nothing Canon. There was a plain "photo"
    choice, but neither Canon or My Image Garden were choices.

    I think the My Image Garden is just not being recognized. It is on my program list with no megabyes. My Canon printer is making copies and printing just fine, but they do not require My Image Garden..It's just the scans that are messed up.

    My canon Pixma MG5750

    My printer Canon Pixma MG 5750 is only producing blank pieces of paper. I have Canon My Image Garden installed , which I never use.

    Can this installation be the cause of my problem or is it something really obvious. I have done all the diagnostic testing to no avail. Can you suggest any courses of action?

    I am using Windows 10 on my Aspire laptop.

    Canon My Image Garden

    Canon scanning software won't reload. It appears in my program list with no MG.

    The My Image Garden file for my Canon Pixma MX 452 dissappeared, thus I cannot scan. I have worked with Canon and tried to download it. It shows up on my files list with no MG--in other words, it did not really take. Something is preventing me from downloading
    it. Any ideas? I have Windows 10?
