    Hi,



    Am finding canonical name for windows 10 Printers & scanners to show that option and allow to open that setting only, I have prohibit access to the control panel from GPO and in show only specified control panel items mentioned devices and printers. In clients OS windows 7 devices and printers are showing but in windows 10 its not working, On windows 10 its need printers and scanners. What word have to mentioned to show devices and printers in windows 10 also.


    Anyone know about this to show devices and printers in windows 10.

    Windows 10 not showing Canon Printer in Uninstall or Change programs list

    I need help to uninstall the Canon Printer/Scanner program from my laptop so that Canon can help me with a scanner problem. I cannot find Canon listed on the Uninstall or Change program list on my windows 10 laptop to do this. (The printer is still working
    well but not the scanner.) Can an help?

    Canon MG5350 scanner not working

    The scanner in my Canon Pixma MG5350 has stopped working - I get a message "U network scanner EX cannot be found. Re-install scanner driver". I have re-installed all the drivers from Canon but still not working.

    I have been in contact with Canon support who suggest that this is a windows problem and that even if I change my printer I will still not be able to scan.

    I am on window 10 version 1809 build 17763.134

    I would appreciate and help in resolving this issue

    Windows 10 can't find Canon MX490 Scanner

    The scanner and printer have worked fine for several months; however, lately every time I try to scan something, Windows 10 on my computer says there is no scanner connected, but at the same time, the printer part of the Canon MX490 will be working properly.
    I have been able to resolve this issue in the past by simply restarting both the computer and the Canon MX490, but this time that is not working and I have tried everything but it still says there is no scanner connected and when searching for device to add,
    there is nothing found. Any suggestions????
