    Is there a scanner driver for CanoScan Lide 200?

    I'm sorry if this is a bit late to the party, but I would like to offer my help on this matter.

    I picked up a CanoScan LiDE 200 scanner from a thrift store and am using the Windows 8.1 64-bit drivers on my laptop which runs Windows 10 Pro 64-bit ver 1709 with no trouble here. That's not to say I won't run into problems.

    However, another thought, regardless of scanner, you may have a chance of getting an "orphaned" scanner working with a package from

    Hamrick Software    . It directly supports the LiDE 200 scanner. Some scanners may require the scanner's vendor's own driver, so you may be out of luck depending on the scanner.

    I can say that it does work with the LiDE 200 I have, but so does Canon's Windows 8.1 driver.
