Windows 10: Can't able to setup Facial Recognition as Sign in option

I can't able to setup Facial Recognition as one of the Sign-in Option even though I have HD User Facing Camera. I am getting "We couldn't find a camera compatible with windows Hello Face" error. Kindly resolve me this issue. I have updated the Camera driver even though its already updated. I tried several ways

Based on the details you have provided, you can follow these steps to set a new scan for facial recognition:

• 
  On the
  Start
  button, go to
  Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
  
• 
  Under
  Windows Hello, choose
  camera setup option.
  
• 
  Select
  Remove
  to delete or remove the previous facial recognition setup.
  
• 
  To setup a new facial recognition setup, go to
  Set Up > Get Started.
  
• 
  Follow the instructions to scan your face and click
  Finish.

Can I have fingerprint recognition and facial recognition simultaneously active as sign-in options?

I used to have fingerprint recognition on my laptop setup as a sign-in option. I then setup facial recognition as well. Now I can't sign-in using the fingerprint sensor. Is it possible to have both active? Sometimes one is more convenient than the other.

I tried to go to settings to turn fingerprint recognition on and it's listed as currently unavailable.

I'm using a Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 2.
