Windows 10: Can't acces my 2 keyboard layouts and stuck on one.

I have a simple wish. To have 2 keyboard layouts installed US QWERTY and Canadian Multilingual Standard QWERTY and being able to switch from one another using the useful shortcut "windows+space bar" provided by Windows. Pretty simple isn't it?NO! Here's what I need to do EVERY TIME I REBOOT MY COMPUTER to be able to access my 2 keyboards layout :https://youtu.be/ubJESNzFSW8For those who can't see my video : I need to add a third one and delete it EVERY DAY to be able to switch between my two layouts but the problem doesn't end there.I only have one language pack Installed. This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

 

Stuck in “choose keyboard layout” loop

My Acer laptop running Windows 10 is stuck in a choose keyboard layout loop.

Every time I select the US keyboard the laptop just shuts down and reboots.

It then comes back to the Choose keyboard layout page.

Is there a way to fix this that doesn't involve a whole lot of complicated steps?
