Windows 10: Can't access a project I made in Microsoft Video Editor

I noticed that if my project has more than a certain amount of photos in the storyboard (above 50 items), after I exit the project and then come back to keep working on it, it takes about a couple minutes of loading the project until the app crashes. PLEASE HELPP!!!!!


P.S My project had 117 photos placed in story board.

Video Editor

I am using MS Video Editor and am working on a project that has both videos and .jpg pics. When I went to open the editor, the project would load, it shows the pics and videos I have loaded into the project, but the Storyboard wouldn't load. It looks
like the app is trying to load the storyboard, but after a few minutes, the app shuts down. I followed the steps online to repair and reset and have now lost my work, but I want to be sure the app is working properly and there are no issues with it before
I start and rebuild the project. Also, the app autosave my work, where does it put the saved Storyboard file?

 

Windows Photos Export Video Project Problem

We understand the difficulties you are facing with the Photos App, while exporting video project. We were able to create and export the video project. So the issue could be with photos app installed in the PC. I would suggest you
to follow the steps mentioned in these methods.



Method 1: Please refer the steps as mentioned in

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store article.



Method 2: You can also try to re-install the app using PowerShell. Here are steps to re-install photos app:

1. Open PowerShell (Admin). Right click on the start button and then on PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Then type: get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage
   
3. Once the above command is successful. You can install the Photo app from Microsoft Store.

Video Editor

Whenever I try to open a project on the free video editor windows 10 came with, it says "This Project Did Not open". How Can I fix this?
