    I can't access a website I have previously been using. It says "website has encountered an unexpected error" But they say there is nothing wrong with their website. Any ideas please.

    Getting access denied on some websites

    Hi Debbie,

    The issue you have encountered may be due to a website is not a trusted website or the website is a secured site. For us to better assist you with the access denied on websites, we'd like to ask a few questions.

    • Have you made any changes to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • What is the exact error message when accessing a website?
    • Have you tried updating your computer? It could be that there are missing features on your current system that needs to be installed. If you haven't updated your computer yet, try updating it. It will do the trick.
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Incorrect website accessed

    For some reason UK websites that were previously accessed on my PC are now being redirected to US websites. The most annoying is Cunard.co.uk which automatically switches to Cunard.com the US website. I can find no way of accessing the UK website. The same
    happens on my google chrome book, Kindle fire, and windows phone.

    My operating system on my PC is windows 10. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
