Windows 10: Can't access any files, file explorer stops working after opening, control panel won't open.

Windows 11 Pro 64bitI have been chasing this rabbit for a couple of days now. When I try to open a folder it will pop up but will become unresponsive, I can't use file explorer as it will do the same thing. I can't save anything, files, and folders show up but cannot access them. The control panel won't open but I have access to updates, windows defender/security. I was able to do a clean-up of temp files which allowed me to do the most recent update. I have ran sfc /scannow and 4% could not perform the requested operation Dism.exe /online /clean-up image /check health /restore health and got

After open the webPage >> You'll see Windows 10

them >> and apply its

solutions outlined : After execute each

set of fixes. Stop and open your, browser to

upload those files again : When you Run

the troubleshooter,.Restart the Pc after finish

to let any repair be - Saved on the system

File Explorer STILL not opening

Greetings,

File Explorer has not been opening for at least a month. I have followed Microsoft's given steps in Fix
File Explorer if it won't open or start multiple times with no success. Has anyone found a solution?

Office files doesn´t open after Win10 update


After Win10 update, some of office files won´t open.
Some .docx and .pptx files especially.

Any hints on this issue?
