Windows 10: Cant access any Microsoft services from my PC.

I cant access any Microsoft services from my PC, wether it be Microsoft store, any games that require Microsoft servers, Xbox platform etc. I know as a fact that it is a PC based problem, since i tried sith a different internet connection and it still did not work. I also tried connecting through a hotspot from my phone and the issue persisted, so the problem does not come from my wifi, it comes from my pc. I tried all the Dns flush commands and things like that i found on the internet but i cant seem to find a solution to this. Is there a way to hard reset my internet settings? I did reset m

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

1. Are the entire PC’s running Windows 10 1809 build version?
   
2. Have you tried accessing the PC using IP address of the PC?
   
3. Are the PC’s connected to domain network?
   

I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by performing certain troubleshooting steps.

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix
