Windows 10: Can't access audio and task bar after making changes in registry

I was having problem with windows search bar, it was not working so I have done some changes in registryHKEY_CLASSES_ROOT>Permissions>ALL APPLICATIONS PACKAGES>Removed it and added it againBut now I am having problem accessing system applications like : file explorer, windows key and audio When trying to file explorer and other applications getting error windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file . You not have the appropriate permissions to access the items I request community to please help me to resolve this issue

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Issues while accessing Task Manager and Registry Error: Disabled by Administrator

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
   
3. Are you connected to Domain/organization network?
   
4. What is the exact error message that you receive?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try enabling built-in administrator account and see if you are able to access Task Manager and Registry. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Now press Windows +
   S key together to open Search.
   
2. Now type CMD and select Run as administrator.
   
3. Accept the UAC prompts.
   
4. Type in the following command and hit Enter:
   
   net user administrator /active:yes
   

If you are able to access Task Manager and Registry in built-in administrator, then create a new user account using built-in administrator and check if you are still able to access Task Manager and Registry. Refer the article

Quick Access bar

We would be glad to help you with the issue you are facing today. I understand the difficulty.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
