Windows 10: Can't access Bit Locker Recovery Keys

After doing a fresh install of windows 11, I went to my Microsoft account to view my manage Bit Locker Recovery key page only for it to give me a page that says "sorry, something went wrong". It's been this way for about 48 hours now and is starting to affect my work. I've tried different devices and browsers and it all gives me the same results. This is the first time I've ever seen this happen on this page. I'm not sure if this is a server issue or just a me issue, but I hope this can be resolved quickly

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
