Windows 10: Can’t Access C:\ Expanded

Since the Windows XP years I access my root drive with thisshortcut C:\Windows\explorer.exe /e,c:\ It’s about a few days now the same shortcut opens the C:\not expanded and trying to fix the problem I understand it is security relatedmost likely happened during an update. Is there a way to have my shortcut like it was before?

c-drive not accessible, access denied

How are you trying to access (C $Can’t Access C:\ Expanded :)$ Drive?

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
