Windows 10: can't access certain areas of yankeecandle.com

i hope someone can help with this... i can access yankeecandle.com, but i can't access certain areas when i click on sign on or register, or any of the departments candles, home fragrance, sale, etc, nothing happens i have this issue on my desktop win10 and laptop win11, but not on my phone galaxy S23 and i don't use 3rd party antivirus software also, i'm not this issue with other websites and yankee candle told me their website is not experiencing any problemsi have a feeling this is a simple fix, but i can't figure it out

• As I understand you are unable to access certain websites, what websites are you not able to access?
• Have you logged in with a Microsoft account or a local account?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

• Network troubleshooter. Either search for it in the Search or run it by following the link below.

Fix Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows - Microsoft Support

• Try a different network adapter/connection type if possible.
• Check for Windows Updates.
• Check for drivers for the network adapter.
• Open a CMD window as Administrator:
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • sfc /scannow
  • netsh winsock reset

Also try to restart the DNS service.

• Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click on Run.
• Type services.msc. Click on Ok.
• Then find DNS client. Right-click on it to Stop it and Restart it.

• Right click Taskbar.
• Select Properties.
• Untick Show taskbar on all displays; then, Apply.
• Drag the remaining primary monitor taskbar to the screen you want.
• Tick Show taskbar on all displays.
