Windows 10: Can't access document on Microsoft link, only photos from my phone. What to do?

Ive enabled all the permission, yet i still have no idea to access my documents on my phones.

• Where are these photos and documents saved?
• Have you logged-in as an administrator with Microsoft account?

As a workaround, I suggest you to follow the below steps to give permission for folders, so that you can access the files in photos and documents and check.

• Right click on the folder and click on
  Properties.
• Click on Security tab and select the group\user name.
• Click on edit option and check the option full control.
• Click on Apply and then on
  Ok button.

Cannot access my photos

  How was the data transferred?

  On which device is he accessing the photos? Is it on Phone or Computer?

  If on phone, from which device did he transferred the Photos and contacts?

  Which app are you using to access Photos?
  
• 
  What is the model of the Phone?
  

This might have caused due to:

• 
  The Photos were not transferred properly.
  
• 
  Due to Photos file were corrupt.
  
• 
  May be due to Virus attack.
  
• 
  The format of the Photo is not compatible with your phone.
  

Steps to be taken:

• 
  Restart or Reboot the phone.

how to save scanned photos and documents to computer

I suggest you to follow the below steps to give permission for entire system, so that you can save the files in photos and documents.

• Right click on the folder and click on properties.
• Click on security tab and select the group\user name.
• Click on edit option and check the option full control.
• Click on apply and then on ok button.

Now you can try saving the file in photos and documents and check if the issue persists.
