Windows 10: Can't access internet from the connected devices via Mobile Hotspot win 11

Hi, After enabling the mobile hotspot in Win 11, other devices can connect and get IP addresses but those devices can't access the internet.The details : The Ethernet connection is shared - as a result other devices got connected via the Wi-Fi adapter. The details regarding the Wi-Fi interface In the past, after turning on the Mobile hotspot the system encountered a blue screen so later upgraded the Win 11. Current OS version : Any help to resolve the issue will highly be appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to access internet Via Mobile hotspot in in windows 10

Hi,

We're currently encountering an issue with Windows 10 where connecting to WiFi through mobile hotspots results in a "Connected, No Internet" status. Strangely, the hotspot device has internet access and successfully connects with other devices. This problem seems to be specific to connecting via mobile hotspot, and can accessing the internet through a router works without any issues.

We've attempted various troubleshooting steps, including running network commands like netsh, IP release, flushdns, and resetting the network settings,driver update. Despite our efforts, the problem persists.

If anyone has insights or suggestions on what might be causing this issue, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Turning on Mobile hotspot but showing no internet access

Try to restore the network: Settings> Network and Internet> Status, click on Reset network on the side and follow the instructions.Otherwise try to enable / disable ICS: Go to Network Connections, access the properties of the network adapter connected to
the internet> Sharing tab, enable Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) then confirm by pressing OK (skip this step if ICS is already enabled). Return to the Sharing tab, disable ICS and confirm by pressing OK.Go to Settings> Network and Internet, enable the Mobile
Hotspot and try again.

Note: When using the Windows 10 Integrated Mobile Hotspot feature, the check boxes on the Sharing tab must remain cleared otherwise the mobile hotspot will not work.

If the problem persists, try temporarily uninstalling any third party Firewall / Antivirus or VPN software and try again.
