Windows 10: Can’t access laptop lots of PIN trouble

Hi so I’m trying to log in my laptop and I’ve enter every possible pin I could have set at the startup screen, nothing works. Upon clicking forgot password the following pops up “search for app in the store? You need to install an app for this task…” either clicking yes or no nothing happens. Because apparently the store can’t be accessed at this point. Before you let me know what I can do, I have to let you know about the following -I have already gone into safe mode. Still asks for pin-there isn’t any other icon with alternative sign in options-connection bars appear ok and the pc is set up

File Explorer Quick Access trouble.. Cannot pin items

File Explorer is behaving weird - I cannot pin items to Quick Access. When I pin items they won't appear to QA. Also when dragging items to QA nothing happens and there's a small icon indicating that is not possible.

I did some "tweaks" with Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4.5 but I haven't found a setting there that could of made QA to not function.

I did some steps as remedy that I found with Google but those didn't help.

Any suggestions?

 

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
