    Can't access laptop, no option to enter PIN or password


    Hi, I've been having trouble with my WiFi driver ever since I upgraded to Windows 24H2, and nothing I tried would fix it so I did a reset in Windows RE which would hopefully keep my files but now I can't log into my PC at all. It says PIN is required but there is no option to input a PIN or password. I've tried using the accessibility keyboard but that didn't work. I assume the globe icon has something to do with the internet but as the driver is having issues right now I can't connect to the internet. Clicking 'Sign in' just gives a loading icon for a moment then returns to this screen. I'm

    Microsoft Account PIN and password

    We appreciate the screenshot that you provided. to start troubleshooting the issue with you logins, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how login pin goes back to password:

    • Click Start menu and go to Settings.
    • In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
    • Click on Sign-in options.
    • Change both your password and pin one by one.

    How to log in using PIN without pressing ENTER?

    Password option is not disabled or removed and there isn't no option for this

    Is it possible not to enter the password/PIN at Window startups?

    You may have missed a step. After the un-check, click apply, then the next screen will ask for the Pasword twice. Enter and OK. Then OK again. That should do it.
