Windows 10: Can’t access Microsoft store in Windows 10 S mode

I recently bought an ASUS VivoBook which came with windows 10 s installed, i want to take it out of s mode but whenever i try to access the store it continues to just load and load eventually ending up on an error screen, when i go into the activation settings it says that it can’t connect to the activation server i have tried restarting the computer, doing a full factory reset of the computer to reinstall windows, i contacted asus and they just had me do a factory reset and that didn’t help. Now at this point i am at a loss of what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

Windows 10 KB3213986 Update Cripples Multi-monitor Gaming

This should be enough to get the conspiracy theorists suggesting that Microsoft is intentionally crippling multi-monitor support in fullscreen mode since games sold on the Microsoft Store all work in the pseudo-fullscreen mode...

Or it could just be an idiotic bug that will be fixed in time.
