Windows 10: Can't access my Settings and many other important features

Hi, I've been having issues with my Windows 10 for some time now and have tried many different ways to try to fix the problem but they never work so I am hoping you can help me out!


1. The windows button in the bottom left does not work unless I right click on it.

2. Most of the features that come up such as Settings do not work. I'll click on them and then it pops up for a brief second and then goes away.

3. The search bar in the bottom left does not function.


There are some other issues but these are the main ones. I'm hoping if I can fix these issues that the other problems will be fixed as well.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
