Windows 10: Can't access/open the Windows Security on Windows 11! Tried all fixes.

Can't access/open the Windows Security after upgrading to Windows 11! I tried all the fixes suggested in the community, everything did not work. I tried repairing and resetting the apps, using powershell, sfc /scannow, and many others that was suggested in the microsoft communityI already tried re-installing the windows 11 but still it did not work. Windows security won't open,Windows is updated and I don't have any third party antivirus app.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 11- Can't access Windows Security. Tried all the fixes I could find.

I had to rebuild my computer and reinstall Win 10, then Win 11. Now, when I try to get into Windows Security, I get a "Get an app to open this "windowsdefender" link" message. So far, I have tried:

• Updating Windows
  
• I can't repair/reset the App because it doesn't show up in the App list.
  
• Using Powershell to run "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage"
  
• Someone suggested looking for Microsoft.SecHealthUI_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx and reinstalling it. It's not on my computer.
  
• sfc /scannow - no problems found
  

I have Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.963 64-bit.

The taskbar icon is warning me that there are recommended actions, but it won't tell me what they are, just gives the same error message.

Windows Security System is running and is on Manual.

I do not have a third-party antivirus/firewall software package installed.

The only other suggestion I found was to reinstall Windows. I'd hate to have to do that again. Are there any other options?

Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.
