Windows 10: can't access plex media folder on file explorer

helloi can't access my QNAP plex media folder from file exploreri'm using a desktop with win10on the Qlog it says "deny smb1 host security limitation" but in the settings ithas SMB3 highest and SMB2.1 lowestQNAP support said it could be my virus protection AVG blocking it, but i disabled AVG brieflyand i still can't access itplease help me figure out the cause and solutionthanks in advance

File explorer - how many recently used folders in quick access

Hi, in Windows 10, File explorer there is a new Quick access area with pinned folder and Recently/frequent used folders - the question is, can it be more than 4 recently used folder in this list?

Quick Access is a new feature in Windows 10 File Explorer navigation pane which helps users quickly navigate to locations which are frequently used. However, if you're having issues with Quick Access, you can try to disable and enable it. To disable Quick
Access, follow these steps:

• Type File Explorer Option in the search box.
• Click on File Explorer Options.
• Under General tab, choose This PC in the Open File Explorer to: drop down menu.
  
• Uncheck Show recently used files in Quick access and
  Show frequently use folders in Quick access.
• Click Apply an OK.
• Restart the computer and re-enable Quick access.
