Windows 10: Can’t access recovery key ID because I am not receiving the OTP

Hello. I badly need your help.After updating my Lenovo laptop, I encountered the BitLocker and now it is asking for my Recovery Key ID, which I can access on my Microsoft account. I provided the correct password but it is asking for an additional code to be sent to my mobile. I also provided the correct last four digits of my mobile but the problem is I AM NOT RECEIVING THE CODE for me to log in. I have tried switching networks but I really cannot get the code. I searched online and it seems many other people have encountered the same thing.I have already requested to change the backup to my o

Microsoft Account Mobile OTP Not Received

I have created a new Microsoft account and added my phone number as a recovery option. But now When I am trying to install anything from Windows Store Microsoft is asking for login and after entering password it's asking for otp but the problem is I didn't receive any otp from Microsoft.

And for the info I have good network connections and it's working fine with others otp verification.

I need to login into my account please help me.

Not able to receive OTP on Nokia Lumia 525

Hello,

I am not able to receive OTP from my bank or any other service provider that uses OTP verification method.

I am using Lumia 525, Windows 8.1.

Bitlocker recovery key ID

I changed my email address and had to wait 30 days to get my recovery keys. When i went into Microsoft to get the recovery key, the display showed a different key ID. I think j have more than one device with this email address. Hiw do i get the recovery
key for the other device tvst is not listed?
