Windows 10: Can't access Safe mode to fix my Blue Screen

So I have a laptop I borrowed for work and used for working aswell for gaming. The laptop was connected to the workplace network but it let me download things like Steam pretty normally.

Today I had the a very bright idea to download CCleaner, because my computer was getting quite laggy. My girlfriend reccomended it to me and I didn't think much of it. Of course, I downloaded the program, and when it finished downloading, I clicked Install.

My computer bluescreened and then shutoff. When I tried to boot it up again, it started normally but when it got to the section where it's supposed to show you the login screen, it bluescreened again and restarted itself, saying it's going to diagnose and fix the system.

After 4 hours of nothing I figured this would lead nowhere. I wanted to boot up BiOS or Safe mode, but all tutorials ive seen online for Windows 10 require you to activate it from desktop, which i can't get to because it just bluescreens.

My theory is that the CCleaner, a program that searches and changes alot alot of the computer, clashed with the work network and now im here.

Can anybody help me? This is my only way of working during this pandemic.

Blue Screen and no Safe Mode access

I've been trying for 4 days to get into safe mode on my desktop using every instruction possible. Absolutely nothing worked still won't allow me to access safe mode just keeps trying to repair its elf but not working , the blue screen still appears.

Have you tried all the above steps suggested by Sangeeta Sarkar on September 13, 2015.

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you trying to login the Microsoft account or the Local account in safe mode?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.
