Windows 10: Can't Access site Email right now - 30 days to update information?

Hi,

this morning I logged in to my email on two different browers on the same computer and then it logged me out of one side and when trying to log back in after a few min. it told me I needed to verify with a code. This code would go to my wifes email who is not home so I changed it to my phone number and then got a text with a code that brought me to account but then told me it would take 30 DAYS TO UPDATE this information and couldn't let me back back on to the site. So I went through it called my wife to double check her email address and so I had the code sent to her email which she got on her phone. After typing it in and saying the code was accepted it then brought me to another page that says " You can't access this site right now " and that my security information will be updated on Jan. 29th 2020 and that's when I can access my email again. I work from home and this is costing money right now and is so frustrating I can not believe it. What should I do to get my email back today. Thanks

Unable to update Windows account details for 30 days

Why is this system so complicated and so difficult to use. The system suggested I check my account details when logging into my Outlook account and so, like an idiot i did. Now, it has stopped me checking any of my account details for 30 days - WHY? After
going round in circles trying to find the right suggested answers to my question (I'd like to actually talk to someone as oppose to converse with an idiotic server somewhere in lack-of-commonsenseland) I finally found an option to cancel the suggested secondary
email address but, to do this, it has to send an email to my old secondary email address i.e. one I do not have access to. Bloody useless and a waste of my time as the whole point is.......I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY SECONDARY EMAIL ADDRESS. I suppose I'll
now have to wait 30 days to see if it locks me out for another 30 days and so on and so on. Rant over, it will soon be Christmas. Any way around this?
