Windows 10: Can't access some of the sites via tethering after updating Windows

Hello, I've updated my Windows from version 1903 to 21H1 today and I've encountered a problem. While connecting via usb tethering with my phone, I can't access google, facebook and many other sites. Weirdly enough, things like discord, steam seem to work perfectly normal. When connected by a usb modem every site loads normally though. How can I fix this?

Tethering / internet sharing has stopped functioning since the windows phone 8.1 update on the Nokia 520. I was told that there was an update (by AT&T) on the Microsoft site to fix this issue but, have not been able to find one.

Nope. The phone will not enable internet sharing/tethering since the update to 8.1 says to call AT&T (611) to set up tethering but, AT&T directed me to Microsoft saying it is a know problem with the 8.1 update and there was supposedly an update available
to make tethering work again

 

Looking for a particular web site ?

I remember seeing this here but i can't find it using the search thingy.

A guy posted a web site that had a comprensive list of all Windows update 32&64. I used to have it in my favorites before i formatted my HD.

Does someone know it?

They suggested a sticky for it but they never did.
