Windows 10: Can't access taskbar when I'm focused on a full screen app

I have auto hide taskbar on, and before I never had any problems. Now, whenever I have a full screen app in focus, the taskbar does not show up when I move my mouse to the bottom of my screen. It only shows up after I alt+tab out of the app, or use my second monitor. This is very frustrating when I'm working on things such as video editing, and I have to alt+tab or win + d every time I want to open file explorer or a different app.

Windows 10 Mail App Focused Problem

Hi Larry,

To turn off the Focused & other feature in the Mail app, please follow the steps below:

• Open your Mail app
• Click on the Settings icon (looks like a gear).
• Click Options, and search for the layout section.
• Under layout, find Focused Inbox. Select Don't sort messages and then hit
  Save.

Windows 10 Taskbar sometimes on top of full-screen applications

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.

Moving the taskbar

that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.
