    Can't access the company network after upgrade to Windows 11 24H2


    I upgraded my desktop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 24H2. Immediately after this, I was unable to use the company's network. Only the company NAS shows up in File Explorer, but when I click on this, I am asked for a password. When I use the correct password, I get a message saying, “the username or password is incorrect.” I know the username and password are correct because they have not changed and they work from other computers on the network. Other usernames and passwords also don’t work. Dropbox and the internet work fine. I've looked at answers in this community and asked several A
