Windows 10: can't access top level of personal onedrive at https://d.docs.live.net.

when using the address space https://d.docs.live.net/ i can't access the top level of my personal onedrive in the browser or as a mapped network location folder in file explorer. it hangs in file explorer and in the browser it goes to the onedrive page with the message "this item might not exist or is no longer available". but i can access the child folders by their https://d.docs.live.net addresses in both file explorer and the browser.The onedrive app works fine and onedrive in the browser at https://onedrive.live .com works fine. how can i get back my top level folder access through th

OneDrive Personal Vault - accessing from Android device

I am trying to access my OneDrive Personal Vault using my Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone.
Whatever I try I end up with a screen telling me to create a Personal Vault, rather than opening the existing one, which was in fact the 'starting point'.

Steps taken:
- sign in using my Outlook account
- select verification method (send a code to my gmail account)
- paste that into the verification screen

After clicking [Verify] I get this "Create a Personal Vault"-screen.

Any suggestions?

Frankly, I thought it had something to do with Authenticator, but it has not.

The 'alarming' thing of this all is that, when worst comes to worst and you indeed -need- to access the Personal Vault using an Android device, whilst being on vacation or something, i.e. not comfortably at home, behind your Windows 10 desktop, then...
you are lost: the PV can not be accessed.

That's to say, that is my situation.

I tried over and over.

I simply followed the steps and don't see where I went wrong.

1. Login to OneDrive.com.
2. Click the ? Help icon on the top banner of the page.
3. Select Email OneDrive support for the further assistance.
