Windows 10: Can't access Vrius & Threat protection

I am trying to disable windows anti-virus system but I can't access that page of windows defenderI have tried to fix the problem by following this fix : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-fix-open-virus-threat-protection-error-your/67475b88-e683-41cd-b082-3e85251de739?page=13but when I right click and run as administrator I get a blank cmd window a SecurityHealthSetup_*.exe file shows up for a brief second in the C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth folder and then it disapears again.My SecurityHealth folder has 3 folders and no executable file:

My virus & threat protection is not showing

I am writing to seek assistance with a problem related to Windows Virus and Threat Protection on my PC. Unfortunately, the feature has become invisible, and I am unable to access it.

Issue Details:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• Problem: Windows Security (Virus and Threat Protection) is not visible.
  

Steps Taken: I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Restarted my PC.
   
2. Checked Group Policy settings.
   
3. Reset Windows Security app.
   
4. Ran SFC and DISM commands.
   

However, the issue persists. I kindly request your guidance on resolving this matter. Could you please provide instructions or further steps to restore Windows Virus and Threat Protection?

 

Accessing Exclusion in Virus and Threat Protection,

Is there any other way to access the exclusion for virus and threat protection? I've tried to follow steps shown online but I cannot find the settings.

Windows Security - Virus & Threat Protection Crashing

Unfortunately,I tried the steps outlined in the link and downloaded the SecurityHealthSetup, but the issue persists. The "Virus & threat protection" section still crashes when I attempt to access it.

I would appreciate any further assistance or suggestions you might have to resolve this issue.
