Windows 10: Can't access windows or bios or startup repair

I had a power cut in my house and after it came back i ran my computer but it gave me blank screenEven before the loading screen that tells me to press f11 for bootable options Attempted solutions:Removed cmos battery for 10 mins thrn reinstalled it againRemoved each ram to check if one of them is corruptedRemoved the hddTried turning in off and on for 3 times to get the safe repair windowOnce in a while the bios loading screen appeared but then the blank screen came again.The computer Open once and i thought that problem solved so i restarted in safe bootAnd i did the commands in this discuss

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

We understand the issue you are facing and will assist you.

As you are unable to enter the BIOS to change the boot order, I suggest you to completely shut down the computer and restart. As soon as the computer restarts press/hold the F2 key and check if the system enters BIOS. If the system enters the BIOS, then
change the boot order and make CD/DVD/USB as priority and boot from the installation media after making the changes in BIOS. Once the computer boots from the installation media, follow the steps provided below:

Perform Startup repair.

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
