Windows 10: Cant accsess manage recovery bitlocker page of my device?

Bro help me out, after an update and i restarted my device. Suddenly bitlocker page popup, i have to type the recovery page but after i go into manage recovery page, its say "Sorry, something went wrong."Brooo helppppp

Unwanted BitLocker Recovery

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Sorry about the frustration encountered, please allow me to assist you.

Depending on your device and Windows edition, you can turn off Device Encrpytion or BitLocker accordingly. This will effectively disable BitLocker and you should no longer be prompted for a recovery key.

For Windows 10 Home, you can try the steps from this support page, and choose to Turn off Device Encryption instead.

For Windows Pro, search for "Manage BitLocker" from Start Menu, enter or click the Manage BitLocker icon in the list. Choose the option "Turn off BitLocker".

Please note that it will take time for BitLocker to turn off. You should wait and not force the computer to reboot during the process.

How to define [Device] - [BitLocker recovery key] pair

I want to delete not-associated-with-any-pc BitLocker recovery key. Device name in 'About' and that shown on the listing page for BitLocker recovery key seems to be different. Windows installed date in 'About' and registered date for BitLocker seems to
be different, too. As my desktop devices experienced reinstall at problem before, it is uncertain which device listed are actually in use. If a bootable USB could be counted, I wish know how to identify them, too. Thank you very much.

 

BitLocker Recovery Key Page Not Responsive

I'm in the process of finding my Bitlocker Recovery key by going to:

My Microsoft Account > Devices > Dell Inspiron (My Device that needs Bitlocker Recovery Key) > View Details > Bitlocker data protection > Manage Recovery Keys and it takes me to a blank page that says:

"Try a different URL. We don’t have anything to show you at this link. Try searching for what you want, instead."

I try searching it and getting there through different links but it takes me to that same page. Need help, thanks!
