Windows 10: Can't activate windows 10 pro on a new device

Hello Everyone!This is my story:After many years of using my laptop I've built a new PC.My laptop runs a valid windows 10 pro which I got after a free upgrade for a valid win 8.1.This means I have a digital license onlyI've used the media creator and installed win 10, but the Home edition first. After searching the web it has become clear, that you have to use the specific version for installation otherwise there's no license that can save you.So reinstallation was in order which is done.Still nothing.No troubleshooter, no refreshing everything, no restarts could help.Even removed the lapt

Cant activate Windows 10 Pro on new device

On my old laptop I have installed windows 10 pro, recently I bought a new laptop with Windows 10 Home preinstalled.

Because I no longer using my old device and I need Windows 10 Pro features I decided to reinstall windows on my new laptop with account I have on old laptop. I have removed my old device from list of devices on my account and reinstalled
windows on my new device. After signing-in to my new laptop with account I was using on my old laptop with Windows 10 Pro I got message that I don't have a valid digital license or product key.

So basically I have 2 accounts, one on my old laptop (Windows 10 Pro) and one on my new laptop (Window 10 Home).

How can I properly Install Windows 10 Pro on my new laptop with valid activation? Thank you.
