Windows 10: Can't activate Windows 10.

Hi, I'm having an issues activating Windows 10. I recently installed an SSD as my main storage and installed a new motherboard, but the problem is I didn't have my Microsoft account linked to my computer therefore I can't activate it. Is there anyway I can get it to activate without having to buy another key?

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
