    I have windows installed and im a insider preview do i need to buy a new key the have build 10240..

    I have hard drive crash and i cant activate windows 10 and i am insider preview why?

    Cant activate windows 10

    If you are an Insider you should already be on build 10240.

    Can you explain this in a bit more detail please? What happened to your hard drive? Have you had to reinstall Windows?

    I have to reinstall becuse my hard drive get some problems so i have to reinstall windows from Clean.

    If you've installed an Insider build or RTM build from clean it will not activate. The Insider program is temporarily closed and to get an RTM upgrade to work you must upgrade from an existing activated Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8.1 Update 1 installation.
