Windows 10: Can't activate windows after refreshing the pc

I bought a previously used PC, from a user on ebay, it came with windows 11 on it but I went by and downgraded it to windows 10 for usability. However, now it does not allow it to be activated with the activation code on it, the computer use to be windows 7 pro so I put it as windows 10 pro. Whenever I run slmgr /ato it comes up with Ecode: 0x803F7001 Whenever running slmgr /dli I get windows professional, retail channel, License Status: Notification, Notification Reason: 0xC004F034I'm at a lost on how to fix it. Anything would be useful.

IF you do not want to overburden the main window GUI with the extra Refresh button I suggest, Refresh could be added to the system menu in top left instead, and/or into Settings.
(such as add a button labeled "Refresh main tab" or similar text of your choosing to Settings)

 

Win10 Email refresh?

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
