Windows 10: Can't Activate Windows, All Troubleshooting, Phone Call Activation, Call Support being hung...

Let me start by stating this: It's a custom PC, not OEM, I have a Windows 10 Pro key that's worked for almost 8 years now, I recently changed hardware and this un-activated my windows 11 pro. I've had this happen many times with changing hardware, usually it's no problem activating by either just saying activate or doing the phone "installation id" activation method. However, this time nothing is working, I've tried all of the following:Tried to activate like normal, says "can't activate windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key" - incorrect, this one

Microsofts Activation services phone #?

So I had an old rig that was running a RETAIL version of Win XP Home. Well the thing died. I want to use the product key from that old machine to do a win 7 upgrade, however, I cannot seem to find Microsoft's support number anywhere on their site, instead it redirects me to a page and here's what it says:

Well guess freakin what, THE COMPUTER IS DEAD, THEREFORE I CAN NOT DO ANY OF THOSE DAMN THINGS!!!!!!! *Bang Head :banghead:

This is seriously getting on my nerves!

Even googling it takes me to the same place. Does anyone have the number for their "Activation services" department?

Check your remaining activation count with the app I posted here: Activation troubleshooting - Page 17 - Windows 10 Forums

If there is none left it won't activate online (if it had not before) - phone activation only may work in such instances.

And technically your correct. OEMs are only for one system tied to the motherboard. But you can still activate it over the phone on the automated activation but check the activation as qubit says
