Windows 10: Can't activate windows, Error:0xC004F047

I got a free copy of windows 10 back when it first came outLegit, Genuine copy and I have been facing issues with being unable to activate windows for the past 2-3 years now, Something to do with KMS services which is odd since I got my windows copy from the official website using the official media software, Now I'm unable to activate windows and a small little icon displaying the message Please activate windows is in the bottom right of the screen usually freezing the frame and causing extreme inconvenience, I tried upgrading to windows 11 which I thought might help but to no avail, Same

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Activation error

I update window from buildin window update from setting after that i can't activate window (error 0xC004F047) can't connect to window activation server ! Please help: I am using window 10 pro
