Windows 10: Can't activate Windows Home that's connected to my account

Hello, I've changed some hardware most of it actually and had windows installed with no issues, I've formatted my PC last week, and now it doesn't activate like it used to do. I've ran the troubleshooter a couple of times and always get nothing.I used to have the error 0xc004f213, but after unlinking all my previous devices from my account, now it doesn't even appear a message, as can be seen on the first picture. Even after choosing that I've changed hardware, this is the message I get. I don't have access to the key as I've saved it before, but since it always activated automatically from

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command line and press Enter.

net user administrator /active: yes

After the command line is complete, restart the system and login to the built-in Administrator account and do the necessary changes to your account. Again, restart your computer and login t your account and disable the built-in Administrator account by following
the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command line and press Enter.

net user administrator /active: no
