Windows 10: Can't activate windows on second hand laptop with windows 10 education error code 0x8007232B

Hi,

I recently bought a second hand laptop that was factory reset and upon starting it, it asked to activate windows. The KMS server seems to be unavailable and the error code 0x8007232B shows when I tried troubleshooting it. I read about changing it to KMS to MAK but do not fully understand it... note I do not have the product key. Please help.

Just followed steps from below link , error changed but still unable to activated.

On Domain environment recently upgraded Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Update Server but Windows 10 Pro unable to activate.
However i click on manual activation button but nothing happens.
Any Suggestions & help

I also call and talk with Microsoft representative he told me that we have volume license keys and you are not allowed to upgrade to windows 10.
It is very strange situation.
I had upgraded to Windows 10 by two methods one was downloaded Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and installed second method was patch with Microsoft Windows Update Server.
On Second method Windows 10 was not activated however from first method activated successfully both have Volume License Key.

I do not understand both machine (Activated & Non Activated) have Volume License but Activated one was that who was upgrade through Microsoft tool.
