Windows 10: CANT ACTIVATE WINDOWS WITH NEW HARDWARE

Hello kind windows team,Please help me with the below "baby problem"i just changed my motherboard & cpu on my windows desktop. After that i cant register my windows product key. "Activate windows, go to the settings to activate Windows".I deleted my old motherboard from my Microsoft account, but nothing happened.I have followed all the steps:1 To activate Windows 10 using an internet connection:2 To activate Windows 10 by phone3 Or, if you do not have the Activate by Phone option4 changed hardware on this device recently, when i click it i get a timeout "unable to activate Wi

Activation on new hardware

In the activation troubleshooter, when it detects no problems or gets to the end screen, click "I changed hardware on my PC recently", and select the license that corresponds to your PC. You might need to restart your PC.

I had already completed the troubleshooting steps you have suggested and the process simply ends up with 'Unable to activate windows'. Error message persists.

 

Activation troubles after hardware chnage

Here's what happened:

• Linked my Windows 10 Pro Licence to my Microsoft account.
• Switched out to a new motherboard, new install linked to my Microsoft account.
• Activation has failed, (Error Code: 0xC004C003) when I try to troubleshoot:
  • Press I recently changed hardware on this device
  • Select the old computer in my Microsoft account
  • Says unable to reactivate windows - try again later - and links to here:

  • I've been through it nothing is relevant or helps
• Have been trying for 3 days now - still not activated.

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions on what I can do?
