Windows 10: Can't active three columns widgets even after Moment 3 update.

Hey guys! How are you? I'd like to ask for help with my computer, I can't activate the new three columns widgets panel. I've installed KB5026446 and KB5027231 and still, it doesn't activate.I use Windows 11 build 22621.1848 and my computer specs are:Kingston A400 SA400S37/240GGamemax GM500 500WAfox RX 550 4GBWD Blue, 1TB, 3.5´, SATA - WD10EZEXIntel Core i3-10100FBiostar H510MH 2.0ADATA XPG Gammix D10 8GB 3600MhzGabinete T-Dagger Cube Mid Tower PretoAir Cooler GMRGB GMF-603 120mmWhat I've tried so far:Reinstall the Windows web experience pack

SQL HELP-ORA-04073 column list not valid for this trigger type

Hi,

After trying to create this trigger:

CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER a
AFTER INSERT OF duration, startdate ON route, outing
FOR EACH ROW
WHEN (NEW.startdate LIKE %jan%)
AND (NEW.duration = 5)
DECLARE
closed_in_jan EXCEPTION;

EXCEPTION
WHEN closed_in_jan THEN
RAISE_APPLICATION_ERROR (-20101,We are closed in January.');



I get this error:

ORA-04073 column list not valid for this trigger type
Cause
A column list was specified for a non-update trigger type.

Action
Remove the column list.


I've tried researching but can't find out what a column list is!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
